***Idaho Law now requires that a Learner's Permit be purchased BEFORE beginning any portion of a driver's ed program. You CAN REGISTER your student with a driver's ed course before going to the DMV to purchase the permit, but CANNOT PAY FOR OR BEGIN WORKING ON the course until the permit has been issued. The DMV will ask what driving school you have registered with at the time of purchase. Adults over 17 AND students using an alternate online/classroom course will be required to have the permit number to REGISTER and PAY with Rocky Road. ALL OTHER STUDENTS will be required to have a permit number for PAYMENT only.

SURCHARGE DISCLOSURE

The payment processor will add a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments ONLY. This surcharge is not greater than our total cost of accepting credit cards. There is no surcharge for debit card payments. We are unable to guarantee how many weeks out your student’s driving sessions will be scheduled once they complete the online portion. Scheduling timelines vary based on the time of year, instructor availability, and the number of students finishing each week. These factors determine how far out we are able to book driving appointments.

By paying for this program, you acknowledge and accept these scheduling conditions and understand that wait times may extend based on our current booking capacity which could be longer than your expectations.
