***Idaho Law now requires that a Learner's Permit be purchased BEFORE beginning any portion of a driver's ed program. You CAN REGISTER your student with a driver's ed course before going to the DMV to purchase the permit, but CANNOT PAY FOR OR BEGIN WORKING ON the course until the permit has been issued. The DMV will ask what driving school you have registered with at the time of purchase. Adults over 17 AND students using an alternate online/classroom course will be required to have the permit number to REGISTER and PAY with Rocky Road. ALL OTHER STUDENTS will be required to have a permit number for PAYMENT only.
SURCHARGE DISCLOSURE
The payment processor will add a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments ONLY. This surcharge is not greater than our total cost of accepting credit cards. There is no surcharge for debit card payments. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to receive a full or partial refund of your paid tuition you will need to follow these steps provided:1. Have no evidence of using our services since the payment was made.2. Call or email to cancel your participation within 30 days of your payment.3.
